VJ’s Salon is the best salon in town!!! I have gotten my favorite haircuts and color ever… unsurpassed at VJ’S . The stylist care, they really listen, and it feels like family here!

I have been coming here for 20 years! Basically, I have grown up with the wisdom of Virginia and the ladies….. Bride, young mother, working mother, mental challenged job changed. I leave every appointment with my extremely curly hair (that most people are afraid to cut!) looking beautiful, but more importantly with all my burning issues talked through and solved. I have learned about colors and clothing and even what a full Brazilian and pinkering entails! This is one of the places I have come for my “ mother wisdom”….. and to look the best I can with what I have.

My hair has always been incredibly limp, straight, fine and resistant to curl. Virginie is the only hairdresser who is able to perm my hair effectively. I came to her looking like I was wearing a brillo pad . Now my hair looks healthy and shiny and people actually assume that I have naturally curly hair. I will follow Virginie to the ends o the earth and will never let another person perm my hair- unless they have been thoroughly trained by her (maybe).
